  • Identity proof (Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID)
  • Last one year bank statement latest.
  • For employee latest 16no. form for last 2 years
  • For business man /women, last 3 years ITR filing.
  • 4 ID card size photo.
  • Salary slips for 6 months.
  • Light bill latest or latest tax NOC .
  • For employee, company ID card xerox.
  • Cancel cheque one
  • Any loan statement if any of other ongoing loans
  • Scrutiny charge cheque as per Nidhi stated in the name of Dhanmangalya Multipurpose Nidhi Ltd.
  • 7/12 extract latest of current date within 3 months.
  • Sale deed agreement with Index II OF FIRST PARTY and current party.
  • Pmc/pcmc plan pass with commencement certificate.
  • Latest tax receipt with TAX NOC latest.
  • Allotment letter if society exist, with society noc .
  • Collector NA.
  • If property is in gram panchayat, 6d, 8a utara is compulsory.
